Shipping & Returns

BB is committed to bring you as best of service and products as possible as we place high importance on customer satisfaction. We practise 100% brand guarantee, so rest assured because we do not sell fake, imitation or replica goods, unless stated so. If you encounter any product quality issues, manufacturing defects, a mistake on our or suppliers part, please contact us at customer@bbeautyz.com. We will give you a choice of a refund for your purchase. For all refund, please read the following information clearly. If you do not fully agree or understand the following information, please contact us before purchasing. We do behold on our purchase, shipping and return policy as the following:-

a. Out of Stock Items – Kindly allow us a delivery timeframe of 4 weeks should your requested item is out of stock (we will notify you as soonest) as we will do our best to supply you with your desired purchase. Should the item is not ready for delivery on due date, we reserve the right to extend the date of delivery and shall not be liable for any costs which may be incurred by you as a result of the extension of time. Should the item is no longer available after our best effort after 4 weeks, you are allowed to exchange with an item similar in value, however payment made is non-refundable. Exchange must be made within 15 days from the date of our sold out item notification.

b. Refund - Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons (Birthday Treats/ Promotional e-Cash) are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. For others, you will be refunded in the form of BB Store Credit (Loyalty Points/e-Cash) of the value of items bought. An email will be sent to you with your coupon code once we accept your refunds.

Please adhere to our Refund Procedure Policy :

i. You should contact us within 5 days upon receiving your item by emailing us the Return Slip and picture of your item(s). Any request of return after 5 days of receiving your item will not be entertained.

ii. Should the return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Authorization Slip from us. This Return Authorization Slip should be printed and sent to us (either self-present in our office or via reliable and traceable shipping methods) along with the item to be returned. We will not reimburse any of your damages and costs charges incurred by you as a result of the return process. 

iii. Allow 15 business days for our Quality Control department to inspect your returned item(s).

iv. If your return is valid, we will process your refund, based on what you have indicated in the Return Slip. We will notify you of the validity of your return and refund you in the form of BB Store Credit Vouchers by default.

v. If your return is not valid, we will notify you and you will have to self-collect back in our office within 15 days from our notification or you will have to be responsible for the cost incurred by us to have them shipped back to you. Should there is no response from you after 15 days from our notice, your request will be deemed close case.

c. Worldwide Delivery – We provide worldwide delivery with Poslaju Malaysia as our shipping provider. Shipping rate is chargeable to customers and calculated according to weight of order, which will be automatically calculated in your invoice. We do provide free shipping in certain circumstances upon the discretion of our company. However, for international delivery, tax and custom charges imposed by your respective country will be fully responsible by customer and we impossibly could calculate the mentioned imposition for you. Customer is hence advised to check with your country custom before making purchase. Delivery period is depending on Poslaju Express, but normally you will receive your order within 2-5 business days or 15-20 days for international delivery. We practise next day despatch policy upon full payment made and will send you an email of Confirmation of Delivery (Receipt) once we ship-out your order. Poslaju Malaysia will provide tracking number, which you can use to trace your packet during shipment. In our records, there is zero record of undelivered packages upon correct address submission by customers. We do not send our order on Sunday and public holiday. You are advised to key in your details carefully to avoid loss in transit. However, we will not be held responsible upon missing item, shipping damage, late delivery and any other discrepancy caused by the courier service.

Shipping rates for international delivery:

d. Local Delivery - Free local delivery! We deliver through PosLaju Malaysia and you can expect it to arrive at your door within 1-2 days. We practise next day despatch policy upon full payment made and will send you an email of Confirmation of Delivery (Receipt) once we ship-out your order. Poslaju Malaysia will provide tracking number, which you can use to trace your packet during shipment. We do not send our order on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. In our records, there is zero record of undelivered packages upon correct address submission by customers. You are advised to key in your details carefully to avoid loss in transit. However, we will not be held responsible upon missing item, shipping damage, late delivery and any other discrepancy caused by the courier service.

e. Self-Collect Item - We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and Hotels. However, should you like to arrange self-collect item, BB warehouse is located at Kuala Lumpur. Appointment with BB must be made 3 business days prior collection by contacting customer@bbeautyz.com.  Any walk-in customer without appointment will not be entertained. Please refer to our business hours and contact us for appointment.

For item that customer self-collect from our warehouse, item must be inspected as site and cannot be return due to damage afterwards. This rule excludes electronic goods.

  • Some items are not returnable as explained below: 

 

    i. Due to hygienic reasons, all products under APPAREL CATEGORY are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. All our apparels items are delivered to you in pristine condition. 

    ii. Sized rings. We recommend that you have your finger professionally measured as to avoid any unnecessary disappointment.

    iii. Engraved items because they have been personalized for you.

    iv. Item that has been sent for alteration since its deemed used.
